Thus various skill enhancement programs were launched for the students of Government Meera Girls College, Udaipur by the Commissionerate Jaipur for the regular students to optimize their employability options. With this end in view, Yuva kaushal Vikas Samiti was established under the Innovation Cell of the College. The Yuva Kaushal Vikas Samiti has been conducting Skill Enhancement Programs for the College students in partnership as well as self reliant mode. In the year 2019-20 the skill enhancement training was conducted under the banner of Mukyamantri Yuva kaushal Samiti while in the year 2020-2021 the same training was conducted in self reliant mode under the banner of Yuva Kaushal Vikas Samiti. Some of the courses conducted for the students benefit by the Innovation Cell of Government Meera Girls College, Udaipur are Spoken English and Communications, Personality Development , Computer Application, Paper Mache, Handmade Arts and Crafts etc. The students have greatly benefitted by these trainings. The committee is constantly striving for the betterment of the students and is committed to provide quality training to the students.

राजकीय मीरा कन्या महाविद्यालय,उदयपुर को मुख्यमंत्री युवा कौशल योजना के अंतर्गत 165 छात्राओं का प्रारंभिक पंजीयन किया गया I इस योजना के TRAINING PARTNER के रूप में राजस्थान कौशल एवम् आजीविका विकास निगम जयपुर के पत्र- क्रमांक F( ) RSLDC/SKILLS/MMYKY/2019-20/11705 दिनांक 23/12/2019 के अनुसार CNC INFOTECH SKILL DEVELOPMENT PVT. LTD. को स्वीकृत किया गया I इस योजना में तीन कोर्स प्रस्तावित थे I इसके उपरांत स्पोकन इंग्लिश एवं कम्युनिकेशन के प्रशिक्षण की अनुमति दिनांक 23/12/2019 को प्राप्त हुई I MMYKY की डेमो कक्षाएँ दिनांक 7 जनवरी 2020 से प्रारंभ हुई I इसका विधिवत उदघाटन दिनांक 21/01/2020 को प्राचार्य महोदया के करकमलों से संपन्न हुआ I आरएसएलडीसी द्वारा प्रदत्त अनुमति की अनुपालना में 35 छात्राओं को प्रशिक्षण के लिए पंजीकृत किया गयाI जिसका प्रशिक्षण 21/01/2020 से 14/02/2020 तक चला I इस प्रशिक्षण में 3 भाग हैं I जिसमें सभी छात्राओं को स्पोकन इंग्लिश के साथ बेसिक कंप्यूटर तथा व्यक्तित्व विकास का भी प्रशिक्षण दिया गया I यह प्रशिक्षण प्रतिदिन 4 घंटे की अवधि का होकर कुल 300 घंटे में पूर्ण होना प्रस्तावित हुआ I आयुक्तालय कॉलेज शिक्षा राजस्थान, जयपुर के पत्र- क्रमांक CCE/ISDC/RSLDC/SKILLDEV/2020/1839 दिनांक 04/02/2020 के अनुसार 15/02/2020 से परीक्षा प्रारंभ होने के कारण इस प्रशिक्षण को 15/02/2020 से प्रास्थगित किया गया तथा प्रक्षिक्षण को पुनः 15/05/2020 से प्रारंभ करना प्रस्तावित था I कोरोना महामारी के कारण यह कार्यकम ऑनलाइन संचालित किया गया I यह प्रक्षिक्षण कार्यक्रम ऑनलाइन माध्यम (microsoft teams) से संचालित किया गया I जिसका लिंक निम्न है-

साथ ही छात्राओ को प्रतिदिन प्रशिक्षण हेतु एक व्हाट्स एप्प ग्रुप भी बनाया गया प्रशिक्षण समाप्ति पर दिनाक 25-11-2020 को छात्राओ हेतु परीक्षा आयोजित की गयी |
